What happens if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We are sorry that your order is not perfect. As soon as you discover a wrong, damaged, defective item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with all the following information and we'll get back to you as soon as we can:
- Order number
- Item's name or SKU number
- Description of the problem
- Some clear pictures
Can my order be delivered internationally?
Not at the moment. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US currently.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on clothing orders over $39, and in some of our products. Please, see table below for more information:

How do I check my order status?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, where you can check the status of your delivery.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number if you have any questions.
What do I do with my package if I do not want it because of the customs taxes?
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
As per our policy, customers must pay any and all tariffs related to international shipments, so please contact your local customs office first. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be. If you do not pay the tariffs, there is a high possibility that your parcel will be destroyed but not returned.
If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Mom.Shop is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
Are packages from coronavirus-hit China safe to handle?
At Mom.Shop our customers come first, that’s why all of our warehouses and packages are rigorously and strictly disinfected several times daily using hospital standards. In addition, all of our employees get daily checkups by medical professionals.

How will the Chinese New Year affect my order?
Mom.Shop offers warehouse direct pricing from our dealers in China. Please be aware that orders placed during the Chinese New Year may be subject to slight delays in shipping, but this does not affect the Mom.Shop 30-day Return Policy. The dates of the 2021 Chinese New Year are from February 4, 2021, to February 26, 2021. Don’t worry, the valuable savings are worth the short wait!
